You can nominate anyone in Australia and New Zealand for any of the award categories defined.

• You can only nominate online at MyCustomerRules website. You can nominate as many deserving customer service champions as you like!
• Your nominee will be notified by mail. They will receive a 'Recognition Award', and an explanation of the awards process. As the nominator, you will also receive notification from us in writing.
• Nominations close 6 August 2008. All nominees' names will be posted on the My Customer Rules website and then the fun begins!
• Voting begins Thursday 14 August 2008
• Winners will be announced 10 October 2008
