1. The evaluator who nominates the My Customer Rules Award winner in each category will win the trip to Melbourne for the award ceremony.
2. Evaluators may not nominate any business in which they, a friend or relation is employed or in which they, or any family member, have a financial interest.
3. Judging for the My Customer Rules Awards will be by a judging panel with both ICSP and GAPbuster Worldwide representatives
4. The judges decision on the award winners will be final and no correspondence entered into
5. GAPbuster Worldwide will arrange travel and accommodation plus $200 spending money for each winner
6. You must be available for travel and able to attend the Awards ceremony on October 8th. GBW will book all travel to and from Melbourne, tickets for the Awards Ceremony and overnight accommodation on 8th October (8th and 9th if the winner is from Melbourne). Any further expenses will be the responsibility of the award winners.
7. Should the award winner in any category be nominated by more than one evaluator, then the evaluator who nominates first shall be deemed the winner of the Nominator's prize. (nominations are time stamped as the are received).
8. GAPbuster Worldwide's decision on the winners of the Nominator's prizes is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
